“The Practice Space”
Wednesdays: 7:30P to 8:45P EST on Zoom
The Practice Space is a virtual Community Care and Accountability Space for people on their self-care journeys who want more than information—they want dedicated time, structure, and support to practice caring for themselves, consistently.
The Practice Space is also an extension of support where the mental health complex falls short.
Finding skilled, culturally competent individual healing practitioners has become increasingly difficult due to challenges in the mental health field (insurance challenges, practitioner shortages, etc.). The Practice Space provides you with consistent professional support and space to PRACTICE what you need to heal. This is also the first line of care before being seen as an individual therapy/coaching client.
Because you probably don’t need more information about your triggers, the origin of your trauma, or how to practice self-care, self-improvement or mindfulness.
You already have those answers.
You need a non-performative, real space to practice the stillness and consistency you need to heal yourself.
The Practice Space is for you if…
You know rest, self-care and reflection are important, but struggle to consistently make space for it between life demands.
You have identified practices, tools, or habits that support your wellbeing, but would benefit from structure, accountability, and support to maintain them.
You may feel burned out or overwhelmed from your responsibilities, and need help slowing down and reconnecting with yourself.
You want to feel more grounded, supported, inspired, and connected by being in connection with others.
You would benefit from non-clinical coaching support, community accountability, and a dedicated place to practice what you’re already learning in therapy, coaching, personal development, or everyday life.
Within a few sessions, you should start to experience the following benefits:
Greater ability to feel grounded and emotionally steady during stressful or overwhelming moments
Increased consistency with self-care, rest, and wellbeing practices that support you long-term
Reduced self-criticism and pressure to constantly prove your worth through productivity
A stronger sense of support, connection, and accountability so you feel more capable and empowered
• Weekly virtual community gatherings with optional live coaching (Wednesdays 7:30P ET to 8:45P ET)
• Psycho-education and guided reflections
• Accountability and co-regulation/community support
• Priority access and pricing to individual services, workshops, trainings and additional offerings

Your monthly membership includes:
💗 What to Expect at Each Meeting
📜 We review our Community Agreements at the beginning of each meeting in order to set a safe container.
🎵 We participate in a brief guided mindfulness exercise and reflection on a reading, song, poem, or piece of media connected to one of the Four Pillars of Sustainable Wellbeing™: Safety, Connection, Compassion, or Liberation.
🪞We invite you to take 20 minutes for personalized self-care and restoration time on your own. You may choose to stretch, journal, cry, rest, prepare food, move your body, sit quietly, or engage in any activity that feels supportive and nourishing.
💬 We invite participants to share reflections, witness one another, and be witnessed in return. Together, we practice vulnerability, authentic expression, and community connection. Sharing is always an invitation, never a requirement.
✨ As time allows, participants may elect to receive live coaching support on an issue of their choosing. We will then adjourn after setting intentions for the week ahead.
FAQs
How much does the membership cost?
💰 The Practice Space is offered as a small-group monthly membership for $44.44/month and includes access to our weekly community gatherings and additional support services.
I am nervous about being in a group.
That’s completely okay. Most people feel that way at first. The Practice Space is built for safety and choice. You can share as much or as little as you like, and simply being present is enough.
What’s important to remember is that isolation and separation is part of how those in power keep us tired, overworked, and unwell. Healing in community is part of our birthright, and can be an amazing source of strength if we use it.
What are the dates and times for the group?
📅 Weekly on Wednesdays, 7:30P–8:45P ET on Zoom, except on major holidays.
How do you cultivate a safe space for us to feel comfortable?
I believe safety is something we build together. Each Practice Space session follows the same rhythm so you know what to expect. We set clear agreements, and you always have choice in how you show up and share. Cameras are on at the start so we can see who’s present, but you’re free to turn yours off afterward or use an alias/avatar if that feels safer. And as always — what’s shared here, stays here.
How many people are in the membership/groups?
👥 The Practice Space is a small growing community. All we need are two or more for our weekly group meeting to run.
Who is this group best suited for?
TPS is best suited to those who have a hard time slowing down, creating self-care routines, or have a hard time maintaining consistency; especially those navigating overwhelm, burnout, or are recovering from personal and cultural trauma. We center the safety and lived experiences of marginalized folks, especially Black, BIPOC, LGBTQ, women and/or femmes, disabled and neuro-expansive folks and those who understand the importance of healing communities will find it especially supportive.
About the Facilitator
I’m Alexia, a licensed therapist, facilitator, consultant, and founder of The Divine Perseverance. I help overwhelmed and chronically exhausted Xennials and elder millennials from marginalized communities slow down, reconnect with their authenticity and voice, and build more sustainable ways of living and caring for themselves in the midst of societal unrest.
So many of us were conditioned from a young age to believe our worth was tied to productivity, caregiving, achievement, resilience, or how much we could endure. Now, after years of chronic stress, over-functioning, and emotional survival, we are feeling the physical, emotional, and spiritual cost of constantly pushing through while still feeling like we need to do more. We are grappling with the grief of having done it all “right”, and realizing it may never be enough for those who benefit from our exhaustion.
My approach blends a combination of trauma-informed modalities such as mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, cultural reclamation, spiritual exploration, joy and community-based support to help people reduce shame and self-criticism, reconnect with rest and authenticity, and practice sustainable wellbeing in ways that feel realistic, compassionate, and supportive over time.
