I am only credentialed with CareFirst insurance for Maryland residents.

If you do not have CareFirst but would like to learn more about being reimbursed for sessions you have paid out of pocket, contact your insurance provider and review your “Out-of-network” or “OON” benefits.

I can provide a “superbill” to you, which can be given to your insurance provider so they may provide reimbursement directly.

Insurance CAN NOT be used to pay for Coaching sessions and will not be reimbursed by most insurance companies.
